Elixir is a new, and most aptly named, contemporary restaurant, located in the Market Place. The choice of dining options is thoughtfully reflected in an extensive menu that caters for a diverse range of tastes.

Elixir opens at 11 am with a range of breakfast choices. It’s great for coffee and a slice of cake anytime. At lunchtime you can enjoy something light, like a sandwich or bowl of homemade soup; equally you can order a more substantial meal from their full menu.

On an evening, the flair of Elixir’s chefs is on full display. Burgers, steaks, fish, pasta, risotto and a long list of pizza favourites but also the chance to create your own masterpiece. There’s something for everyone. The Elixir bar is very Hollywood with cocktails that will defy your imagination.
